Private Sewing Lessons

Private Lessons are for those who prefer to learn 1:1. If you have never sewn before, have sewn but need a refresher, need some help figuring out your machine, or help with a specific project we are here to assist you.

We recommend starting with our Private Lessons if:

  • You have never sewn before

  • You want to learn how to use your own machine

  • You have a project that you'll need a lot of help with 

  • You learn better in a quieter, more one-on-one environment

We also offer Private Group Lessons. Some private groups we've had include Mother daughter, Couples, Groups of friends and family.

A Sewing experience tailored to you.

This 1:1 sewing experience is for those who want to learn specific skills tailored to their sewing project. Our instructors will show you how to sew a range of projects and help you to understand the tools and techniques of sewing during these sessions.

Take Something Home

Most of our students are able to start and complete their custom sewing projects during a 1:1 Lesson. If your project is more intricate, we offer bulk discount pricing for multiple 1:1 Sessions.

Pick Your Project

Our Private Lessons are unique to each student. We have helped students create various projects from swim suits, jackets, doll clothing, and more! Share your vision with us, and we will help you create it.

Learn the Techniques

Our instructors are highly skilled and have a lot to share with you. During your 1:1 Sewing experience, you will learn techniques specific to your project that you can also use outside of the studio to sew other projects!

Bring your ideas, we will help with the rest!

Each Private Sewing Lesson is designed for your creative ideas. We have helped students bring their sewing skills to life through guided instruction while learning valuable sewing skills!

  • Yes! You are welcome to bring your own sewing machine into the studio if you are more comfortable using your own. However we do have 8 sewing machine stations ready for you and basic notions for your project.

  • Our Private Sessions are meant for 1-2 people that want to work on 1 type of project.

  • Private 1:1 Sewing Lessons are 2 hours each.
